Fees (more than worth it!)

Home Inspections:

(Most homes start at $350 and increase by $25 increments as square-footage increases)

 

Radon Testing: 

Home Energy Tune-Up:
  • Stand-alone: $275-$375 varying by size of home
  • Add-on to home inspection: $150-$250 varying by size of home
 
Payments are due when my services are provided.
 
When the on-site inspection is completed, payment by check or cash is due and a receipt is included with your Pre-Inspection Agreement.
 
If you cannot attend the inspection you may pre-pay by mail to me or through your realtor. The fee is negotiated and set when the inspection is requested and scheduled.
